One More Valentine

Hello! Happy Flag Day to my fellow Canadians! Today’s card is a sample of the cards I made with my students yesterday. I had pre-cut everything for them and had their pieces in individual baggies so I didn’t have to spend time handing out small pieces. Here is what the card looked like:

Kid's Valentines

I cannot take any credit for this cute card since it was case’d from Mary Jo, who’s blog I stumbled upon somehow. The red cardstock was embossed with a Sizzix folder, the clouds were cut with the Cloud Die from My Favorite Things. The legs were created from SU’s Word Window punch, which I folded over to bend them (this was the hardest part for the kids to do). The wings, nose and hearts on the antennae are from SU’s three heart punch. The circles were cut using a set of circle dies I have. I think the googlie eyes are the perfect touch! I hope my students’ families enjoyed their cards – the students had a great time making them.

Thank you for stopping by, and have a great day!

Steph
